Review content:
Mel's is one of those places you go and dont expect a fabulous meal. You will probably get decent eggs or a hamburger and shake that isn't bad but is just so-so. You will walk out feeling as if you had nothing ""great"". The interior is kitschy and cute and the table-side music is charming. It is definitely where to go if you have people visiting who are un-adventurous and want ""american"" food. dont expect much.
Pros: shakes, decor, old faves
