A nice hotel needs to improve on who they hire ( I feel they hire many foreign students , who are there just to drink and party and this lowers there customers visit, many times I could smell liqour on staff and also waited many time while a few people were spekaing togerther and would not even look at me until I had to tap them to ask for directions.) Room service was so awful , the food I could tell was nicely made but room service was bad, The guy , The guy was so hard to understand and I had to correct him many times on the order I was placing. I love the views and the girl in the store in the spa was full of energy and brightened my day.
