Review content:
Brooklyn Heights Cinema was once my favorite theater in Brooklyn. They had a great selection of movies, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty popcorn. Unfortunately, all that has changed and now my friends and I refuse to go there. The last time we were there (a few months ago) there was a nasty blonde girl working at the box office who was the rudest person I have ever met. Firstly, she was completely unwelcoming and she actually audibly sighed when she had to look away from what was apparently very important business on her computer to actually do her job of selling us tickets. She was obnoxious, ill-informed and directed us to the wrong theater, out of only two! It completely soured our movie going experience. Such bad vibes in what was once such a nice theater. We refuse to step foot in that theater while she continues to work there. Also, the popcorn was so salty it was inedible. Fire that horrible idiot and this loyal customer will gladly return.
