Review content:
My date and I went out for the jazz duo and had dinner, drinks. It was comfortable and intimate. The server was nice and the bartender makes a great drink. The bar has neat sliding shelves. The place is small enough to be able to talk to your date and still hear the music. I had the french onion soup which wasn't so great but the 2 dirty martinis made up for it. My date had an average caesar salad. The vocalist and guitarist were fine but I wouldn't really go there just to hear music. It's laid back enough to head there for drinks and food on a weeknight. Overall, I'd definitely go there again even though it was a little far south for us and ended up taking a cab ride back. If you live in the area, do stop by at L2. The bartender makes the place. Pros: great martini, small and intimate, romantic Cons: okay menu selection, needs more jazz, nights with variety
