Review content:
On our first visit to NYC, our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Hotel Metro; however, on our last night there we decided to dine at the hotel's restaurant, The Metro Grill. What a bad decision. The food and service were marginal, the prices on the high side for the quality; but the absolute worst part was the 2 large cockroaches crawling around the dining room during our meal. When brought to the attention of the waitress, she had the bus boy step on the first one; we then saw a second one crawling on the booth next to us; someone else brought that to the attention of the bus boy who was unable to get that one and they actually sat guests at that booth not 5 minutes after the cockroach had been crawling on it. STAY AWAY!
