Review content:
I moved this past weekend. I had moved with Eagle before and they were good. This time, they sent an 18 wheeler to move a one bedroom in the N. End. Because they sent the wrong truck, I was informed that due to their mistake, I would be unable to move or I would have to pay them hundreds of dollars more to have them park down the street. It was one of the worst situations I have ever encountered. If it weren't for the resourcefulness of the crew, I would not have moved. It was a horrible experience!
Pros: Crew and sales reps were nice and helpful
Cons: Everyone else was totally incompetent
