Businiess name:  Four Seasons Flowers

Review content:
My first experience with Four Seasons was when a friend of mine received a gorgeous bouquet of a dozen roses. This was a while ago and I remembered the name of this place because the flowers lasted for 2 weeks, blooming slowly over the course of time with all of them being perfect roses. I had never seen such gorgeous flowers that lasted that long. Fast forward to today, when I ordered more flowers. The owner personally answered my call, and assisted me with deciding the perfect arrangement, being patient with my questions (I wanted everything to be perfect), and understanding that I was hesitant about ordering over the phone without seeing or picking the flowers myself. Carma not only helped me decide what to pick, but assured me if anything was wrong with them but there was a 24 hour guarantee that they would replace them. She also mentioned they have fresh flower deliveries, and don't store roses in the fridge longer than 4-5 days (unlike a lot of places that will sell you roses that will wilt within the next day because they have been stored too long). Supposedly they pick up the flowers themselves from the growers, to ensure they can control every step of the process for quality flowers (oh and they've been buying from the same grower for the last 8 years). I will post again after the flowers have been delivered, but I have to say the customer service was excellent, and if the roses are anything like the last time then I have nothing to worry about. Only con is price, but if you're on a budget, they have weekly specials on their website (go to the website linked on this page instead of the main FTD Associated Four Seasons one that will pop up when you search with google, which won't show the weekly specials), that isn't bad for the quality of this place. Also, if you're that on a really tight budget and only want to spend $15 for a dozen roses from a local grocery store then you are taking a risk on flower quality and this isn't the place for you. Edit/follow up: When I wrote this the flowers had just been delivered and everything seemed perfect. Then I found out, they were the wrong color, and had to call them back. They graciously agreed to redeliver, but wanted to swap them with the original so they could ""resell"" the already delivered ones. Then when they redelivered, the delivery person forgot to swap, so they had to hassle the recipient one more time and pick up the original flowers two days from when they were first given. A bit shady on the reselling flowers that had already been delivered to someone for two days, but that's neither here nor there. The main thing for me that I really wanted was the roses to last at least a week if not two weeks like the originals. When I talked to my friend again, the roses had died two days later. I'm definitely not going back to this florist, because I spent a couple hundred dollars for supposedly quality roses that only lasted two days. It makes me wonder if they gave her someone else's used roses. If I had bought roses from Costco they would have lasted at least 3 days and I wouldn't have shelled out quite as much money. I'm disappointed beyond words. Pros: Nice at first glance Cons: Price, flowers die within a couple days of delivery
