In January, I purchased a wedding dress and they placed an order for it. They said it would come in May... In March, I decided that it wasn't the dress of my dreams and told them I didn't want the dress. The deposit was non-refundable, but the manager called her corporate office to request permission to credit my deposit toward another dress...
Unfortunately for them, the original dress came in a month early, but they still gave me credit on my deposit. I went back in, with a list of style numbers from the website, and they had about half of them in my size to try on. I found my dream dress, and ordered it!
I ordered my dress in June, and I should have plenty of time before my wedding in December to get it fitted.
Any of you brides out there expecting for a dress in a month or two are just asking for a miracle. This designer is not a warehouse-style shop where the dresses are pre-made. If you are rushing off to get married, or are pregnant or something then you need to go to those other shops where you can buy your dress off the shelf!
Pros: Most beautiful dresses, great service!
