If you are looking for a good, reliable, reasonable handyman...KEEP ON LOOKING!!! I am renting my home; however, the ""landlady"" has tried to find a good handyman to fix a few things around here...she has tried this service twice and BOTH times ""Frank"" failed to show up numerous times: ""I need to go get parts""...never came back; ""I need to provided an estimate"", never came back...I even confronted him when I saw him out in public and he was ""coming back out the next day"" never came... The LAST straw: I am having family out for Memorial Day weekend, and he was supposed to fix three EASY things...came and did not ""fix"" but ONE thing and when I called him he was VERY RUDE! However, he did come back out to look at his poor job, then PROMISED to come back ""first thing in the morning before family started arriving"" and SHOCKINGLY he did not show!!!! AGAIN!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND DO NOT USE THIS WANNA BE HANDYMAN!!!
