Review content:
My doctor is a peach, his nursing staff are aces. The front staff can be stiff. Recently I was helped with some testing - the women obtained a pre-cert for me. I was happy to not have to worry about billing and could focus on my medical problem. It would be a good idea for some customer service training. Most times the staff are good, they just need a little help.
