Mr Hennings.....you say I made several non contractual requests? When I came to your showroom and we discussed my new home and the upgrades....I bought what your people suggested. I asked you for a price. You gave me a price. the only upgrade that was not in the original aggreement was the water heater. Your staff told me that the heater for the hottub would heat the water. The heater heats the water two degrees per hour. With the tub being almost 100 gallons and the water heater being 40 gallons at 115 degrees, the water temp in the full tub was about 75 degrees. To heat the water to 102 degrees it would take almost a day. Your staff agreed that I needed an 80 gallon water heater. I agreed to pay the difference between what I had and what you traded to. As to the several non contractual requests......Please, tell me what they were. Everything that was done was on paper....Maybe its because we had to have your people come back many times to do the job right. Whether it was the carpet that was poor, or the paint inside on the ceiling that had to be done 3 times, or both showers that leaked into the walls two different times, or the dishwasher that leaked from underneath. Or the refridgerator that quit working.Please...tell me what request or demands I made. As far as good cheap and fast.....I bought a home that was sold as a good home. I shopped and found the best price....I wanted it done in a timely manner. As far as the job......we had to live in our new home while you built the garage. We had to wade through the mud everyday. There were days, even weeks that went by without any work being done on our garage. Your contractor always had an excuse as to why things werent getting done. We even had to pick up our final permit from the county because your staff didnt do it. It sat at the county office for two days waiting to be picked up. If we didnt pick up the permit and get it to the bank that very day, the bank was going to close the deal and we would have had to start over. As far as your LOSS....we had to make payments on this new home as well as payment on our old home because we couldnt move in. We lost money too. As for your lesson well learned...it works both ways . I will never recommend your Superior Homes to anyone. Yes, IT WAS A LESSON WELL LEARNED. Pros: great sales staff
