I went to this place out of convenience. The first time I picked up my dry cleaning, three shirts were delayed in coming back from the 'cleaners.' The second time, one shirt was delayed because I was told it had a stain on it that didn't come out. I can guarantee it didn't have a stain when I dropped it off. On top of all this, the person in charge was not apologetic in the very least. I was led to believe these kinds of problems were common. And to top it off, they are probably one of the most expensive cleaners in Santa Monica.
