I thought it was only the Bassett In Louisville KY. This store is horrible as well. I have a horribly made 3k piece of garbage couch. I called a week after I had it and they dont care. My couch has horrible wrinkles in the fabric and it started from week one. I called to tell them about it and they dont care, The customer service people are horrible and the store manager says he has nothing to do with this issue?! Your the manager of the store how does this issue not matter to you? They dont care as a matter of fact with the Better Business gave them a D rating! They RIP YOU OFF. I think they take pride in a D rating from the Better Business!
Pros: nice looking furnature
