The wedding is over now but I just wanted to say thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. Even with quite a few no shows we still only had a little bit of food left over at the end of the night. I think that's a nod to how good everything was! The serving staff was great as well. I was concerned that we may have a ton of cake to take home, but there were only 6 cupcakes left by the end. (I think quite a few guests had more than one). My parents and I promptly ate the rest of those the next day and I am savoring the last of my yummy wedding cake. My dad told me that he got so many compliments on the food and I even caught a boy I used to baby sit going back up for thirds! I actually went back to my parents house the other night and we had an awesome dinner with the leftovers that we did have. I LOVE those mashed potatoes. Seriously, I could make a meal of just them. I also wanted to say thanks for the bottle of wine. That was sweet and we plan on opening that up here soon.
I wish you continued success in the future. I'll definitely recommend your catering to other brides I come across (or just anyone in need of some yummy catered meals!) Thanks again!
