Review content:
I took my Honda Odyssey to these guys based on citysearch review. I had front end damage through the radiator, both side fenders and front doors. Final bill $9600. It was a significant repair. To be honest, I wasn't sure they'd treat the mini-van with the care they appeared to treat the other high end cars they normally repair. I was wrong. The job was flawless. Additionally, the communication was fantastic. Regular, detailed updates. I worked with a very likeable guy named Ronnie. He was extremely helpful in guiding me on dealing with the insurance company (State Farm) and their efforts to cut corners. Not only did I get factory OEM parts, but I came away with an additional $1050 minus deductible and labor surcharge = $600 since I borrowed a family car rather than rented. I would never have known to challenge State Farm on certain practices without Berli's help. I've had several major car repairs over 32 years of driving, and I've never yet been impressed by the work until now. These guys are where you go if you want it back to pre-accident condition, or better. In my case, it was better than pre-accident.
