Review content:
I've rented since I was 18, and never have I encountered a more horrific complex. The gates, which we had to pay for our gate opener, never works. The construction left our front door flooded, and the bedroom leaks due to some failure above us. The air conditioning unit, located ABOVE THE BATHTUB, leaks and has mold growing in it. Our neighbors are noisy, rascist people who like to grope the other tenants, and the laundry facilities are always malfunctioning, resulting in a large amount of lost money. We've seen crackheads roaming the complex knocking on windows, and some guy was arrested on our neighbor's porch while running from the police! We DO NOT recommend this apartment complex...so don't waste your time or money on cheap facades.
Pros: nice pool and new office building
Cons: disgraceful laundry facilities, parking is a pain, etc...
