Review content:
I went in last year about 3 days after buying a vehicle. They did a full inspection of the vehicle and said that they chaned the oil. They DID drain it but did not put the new oil back in. I drove about 2 miles and then I heard a knocking noise in my engine. My car broke dwn and I got it towed into the dealership, the dealership said that there is a thrown rod and the bearings broke and that they will put a new engine in the vehicle for $8000. I told the manager for that Jiffy lube what was going on and they said that they are NOT paying for the engine to be replaced. They said you can take it to someone we work with and they will put in a similar engine. When I search online for the place it had horrible ratings and I called the guy and he said the best engine that he could get had about 125,000 miles on it and my vehicle only has 52,000 miles on it. I SAID NO WAY. I took it to my guy and finally after getting the work done, calling the Better Business Buearu and the Corporate office about 30 times they paid for the vehicle. This place really ticked me off and I would not go to another one again!!!! At least they paid for the work. It was not the managers fault he was a really cool guy it was a worker that did not know what he was doing which to me FALLS ON THE COMPANY. Pros: They eventually delt with the problem... Cons: They Blew up my engine
