He is a very accomplished franchise attorney, MBA, franchise expert and former franchise owner - a unique combination. He helped us fine-tune our legal and operational docs, trained our management and marketing teams plus gave us first-rate ongoing advice taking us across our 1,000th franchise bench mark. Delivers on time and on budget.
