My Kitchenaid mixer's motor isn't running correctly. I called to ask how much it would cost to get a repair. He said he couldn't tell me until he looked at it. I then asked him if the whole motor would need to be replaced what would be the coast as I don't want to pay a repair cost equal to replacement cost of a new mixer. I figured a full motor replacement would be the worse case scenario. The guy refused to tell me how much it would cost or what his labor fees are. He did say he charges $20 just to bring it in. I found him very unhelpful and rude. I did call some certified Kitchenaid repair shops in Seattle and they were very helpful with labor charges, etc. I recognize that a trip over the bridge is a hassle to get a repair, but after reading the reviews I think it is the wisest thing to do. Cons: Rude, not helpful
