I recently took out an auto title loan. I suffered a drastic cut in my work hours. We called and made payment arrangements for the 25th, Monday. Today, the 22nd, they came and took my vechile. They even told us that their notes showed we had until the 25th, but their ""agent"" took it today. There was no note left for us, noone even knocked on the door and we were home all day. To top things off I had perscription medications in the vechile and no way to retrieve them now! Worse yet, their company showed up 3 days early for the vechile and now they say we have to pay an extra $400 for towing! My advice STAY AWAY from this HEARTLESS, UNORGANIZED company!!!!
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: don't review notes, don't care about families
