Soccer West Bellevue. I just want to let people know the bad experience I had with this store. I Took my daughter to this store where they measured her foot and tried on several different soccer shoes. We decided to purchase Diadora shoes ($100) based on the assurance of the salesperson that these were the propper fit for her. My daughter used them for an hour that night and said her feet were slipping around in them. I took them back that night only to be told that we were stuck with them and no exchange could happen because they had been used. The manager said that nothing could be done and sorry to lose your business. So we are stuck with shoes that don't fit and will need to buy new shoes until her feet grow into the others. I guess I figured that retailers would go the same route as a Nordstrom, Big 5 or Footzone where if the customer is not satisfied because of a fitting issue they will make it right. Not this place. They have lost our business of which consists of soccer shoes for 2 about every 6 months. I think if Soccer West would have done the math they would have figured out that eating the cost of that pair of shoes pales to the amount I would be spending at their store over the next 10 - 12 years.
