Review content:
Being at home ""foodies"", besides the dining out also, we love everything we've purchased at Williams-Sonoma. But this time of year, winter, nothing beats the Le Creuset Dutch Oven, we purchased. Our home-made soups, stews, and everything else we can make in this Dutch Oven, is nothing short of perfect. Also we buy a couple of jars of their Texas Chili starter. It has Chipotle Peppers, Ancho Chilies, and Texas Lone Star Beer. What a starter, we just add our meat, always beef, we don't like turkey, some do, add a few onions, and some of our other favorite indgredients. Oh goodness. And the cookbook selection is much better than what can be found at the local chain bookstores. And a nice sanitary touch to our kitchen, is the Yuzu Jasmine oil collection--hand soap, dish soap, and even a kitchen candle. The on-going cooking demo's are fun. Pricey! Pros: Wonderful Le Creuset Cookwear! Unusual Cookbooks! Cons: Pricey, But It's An Investment!
