I must say that this flower shop has the best customer service I have ever encountered in any business period. My dad passed away and the person who took my order, Alfonso, was very sympathetic and understanding and did not try to make money out of a sad situation like most of the flower shops that I have received estimates on. He asked me what my budget was and sent the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen in my life. That time in my life was very difficult, but Alfonso made that part a little easier for me. I have been shopping there ever since. I always get good quality flowers and Pekin Flowers stands by their product 100%. They also have flowers that no other flower shop has. I will always be a lifetime customer of Pekin Flowers by Lizcano.
