Review content:
We met with and were hired by the owner of T.A. Staffing to create a email campaign and an ongoing company newsletter. After several hours of designing and setting everything up on our end, the owner reported that he was having difficulty providing a list of addresses from his address book. After numerous offers to help him accomplish this simple task, and waiting for more than a month, we invoiced for the work we had performed to-date.
As of this writing (over 4 months later), and after repeated phone calls and emails, we still have not received payment.
