I only gave her a 1 star because 0 stars wouldn't have shown up, and I have many things wrong with her, but I'll keep it short. She told me she could fix my dress the way I asked her to, then at the fitting neglected to tell me why it couldn't be done. She took 5 minutes to look at me in my dress, put 2 pins in, said I needed 3 inch panels in each side and I was done. As I was leaving, she told me she needed a $75 deposit, but Didn't tell me how much it to complete. When I called to tell her I changed my mind, she didn't believe me when I told her we were taking the dress back to the shop where I bought it from. When my mother-in-law picked up the dress, she called her a lier, that she had called the shop and the number was disconnected. She had no right to take the card from my dress bag, or think it was her place to try and call the bridal shop. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone, but good luck if you do. I hope she fixes your dress the way YOU want it, not her way.
