Review content:
Belk at Northwoods Mall is probably one of the company's oldest stores having been built in the early 70's. It's smaller, with limited floor space and product offerings. Not one of the company's more upscale locations by any means. It's generally not a place I frequent because they don't offer any fashion forward or upscale merchandise. The merchandise carried would be comparable to a lower end store and something that one could purchase in a Marshalls or T.J. Maxx for less. I don't understand why the company keeps this particular location. It does seem to do a fairly good business - largely because they are usually always having a sale. Probably a better location for a Belk Clearance Center outlet store than a full-line department store due to the small size and age of the building.
Pros: Convenient Location, Easy Parking, Quick Service
Cons: Poorly Managed, Unclean Appearance, Dated Building, Lower End Merchandise
