I've been getting my hair cut by Cuc at Topper's for 5 years now, and have been happy every single time. It is amazing how consistent she is able to cut and style my hair. Not like most places where you never know what you're going to get. The haircuts always include a wash and conditioning, which is nice and relaxing. Cuc is always so friendly, and fun to chat with. The price is right at $17 for a men's cut, and it has never gone up in 5 years!
Pros: Great haircut, consistency, friendly staff, flexible scheduling and walk-ins
Cons: The parking is very tight, and they do not take debit/credit cards
