I would, hands down, give this place zero stars.. but that's not possible. A week ago, I sent an important mail, which had important documents (social security, insurance, financial, and personal information) to Olympia, Washington. Instead, my mail got sent to New Orleans, LA. They told me that they cannot give me back my mail that was sent to New Orleans. Which means some stranger will be receiving all of my personal information.
Also, I sent two mails a few months ago, and only one got sent while the other (which also had important documents) got ""lost"" and was never sent.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to send a simple mail which has directions on it. Honestly, this can only happen if you are really retarded and stupid. Since all you have to do is put it in the right basket to be sent to one location.
The Mail Post in Pine Lake has horrible service with people who can NOT work. Also, the manager is some stupid bitch who doesn't even say sorry when something goes wrong. She just says, ""Let me call the owner and get back to you"". You're the f*cking manager.. you manage the place so you should know what to do! Dumb sh*t!
The owner seriously needs to find better people to work at her stores or she will be losing way more customers than just me and all the people I know.
I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!
P.S. - They are really expensive for some sh*tty service!
It's best to just go to the postal office directly.
