I recently bought a Jeep Liberty from West Hills and had by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! In the past I have had some unpleasant experiences with buying a new car and was not very excited about starting the process again. I live in Seattle and the commute to Bremerton was well worth it! I found West Hills through the USAA's online car buying service. Our sales associate, Mel, was wonderful. During the test drive he pointed out key performance and safety features the vehicle came equiped with. I never felt rushed or pressured into making the purchase or adding additional features. They did not have the exact vehicle that I wanted in stock, but had it delivered the next day. Everyone that we worked with was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I recieved a ridiculously great deal on the price of the car with no uncomfortable haggeling. Overall wonderful experience, great staff, and I will definately return to this dealership for my next car purchase.
