Rob - Owner of Joe Hardwood Floors - is extremely professional and knowledgable. His crew did a great job and he was very amenable to working through our special requirments (i.e. coordingating with our builder, re-tinting the stairs to match the floor). I was pleasantly surprised to discover that his focus REALLY is to make the customer happy. You hear a lot about it, but rarely find it. I recommend him to anyone...Rob is extremely honest and fair. You'll get a great product and don't have to worry about getting the short end of the stick.
