Our hardwood floors needed refinishing badly. They were scarred, scratched and dented from the previous occupants and when we bought the home we knew that we wanted them refinished. But, the movers were coming within 4 days to deliver the furniture. We were referred to Joe Hardwood Floors by the realtor who handled the sell side of our real estate transaction. We called and met with the Rob of Joe Hardwood Floors. He worked his schedule to accomodate the urgency of our situation and still allow time for the urathane finish to harden before the furniture was delivered and put in our home. We could'nt have been happier with the results especially considering the time we gave him to complete the job. His fee was more than fair and the floors were beautiful when the crew was finished. It looked like a completely different home - much nicer! Rob is a real pleasant guy to deal with and you can tell he is concerned about his customers satisfaction and the reputation of his company. I recommend him.
