Oh where do I start. Forget the issue of customer service - I can forego unfriendly service for top quality work. But this place lacks both. I took in Ann Taylor slacks for hemming - a quite simple process. When I picked up, one pant leg was longer than the other. Ok - everyone makes mistakes. They redid but again, the same pant leg was still longer than the other!!! This was within a 1-2 hour time frame!!! Horrible! These people cannot afford to lack social skills b/c their work does not compensate for it. STAY AWAY!
Pros: close to my house
Cons: EVERYTHING - QUALITY, OVERPRICED, UNFRIENDLY STAFF
