I bought a living room suite. Got the furniture on time exactly when they said it would be delivered. Got a call from the delivery people and they told me when to expect the truck. Two guys came and brought in the sofa, love seat, tables, lamps. Unpacked them and set it all up. They did an excellent job. But...... with the furniture came a 51 inch HDTV. Now there is where the problem comes in. The salesman told me the TV would come from Best Buy and that after delivery of the furniture, wait 5 business days and call Best Buy. I did. Best Buy had nothing. I called the store, they said call the Main Store in Houston. I did and they said the info went to Best Buy and check after 4PM. I did that and nothing. I called again and they said tomorrow. So I called the local store again and they said they would call the main office and find out for me. Now we are getting some where. Okay, she said the TV is being sent on the delivery truck tomorrow and you can pick it up at the local store. What about Best Buy I asked. Well, sometimes we ship it from the warehouse and not from Best Buy. Okay, what do I do now. Call me tomorrow afternoon after 5:30 PM and I will let you know if it came on the truck. So I called at 5:30 and she was not there. I asked where she was the was told she took off the afternoon. I said I would call back in the morning. I was told that she would be off the next day too. So I tried my best to talk to the woman that answered the phone but her accent was so strong and my hearing so poor that I couldn't make much sense out of the conversation. But she said that the delivery truck had not got there yet. Call in the morning and see if you TV came in on the truck. We don't know yet!! Can you believe this sh*t? Who knows what tomorrow brings but if I don't get it then I will be back to amend this feedback and write my letter to BBB and anyone else who might just give a sh*t. You can say sh*t. Well, the next day I called and she didn't know and would call me back before 12 noon. No call so I called and asked for the store manager. He said that there was no delivery truck shipments on Thursdays! He said he would call and see if my TV was going to be on the Friday shipment. He called me back and said that he was told it would be on the Friday truck. I am to call Sat and see if it came in. Stand by for an update. Now today is Saturday and I called and the TV in there for me to pick up. Hopefully it is in an unopened box and I will accept it. If you really want to know about customer support call: Customer Service 832-358-8899 ext. 250 and see how long it takes for them to call you back because 9 times out of 10 all you will get is a voice mailbox. I am still waiting after 4 days of placing a call. The furniture is great. The salesman was great but needs a little schooling about delivery procedures but the rest of the crew sucks. Well except Ed at the San Antonio store takes his job serious.
