I LIVE @ THE CUMBERLAND APT. THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT THE PERFECT APARTMENTS. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE. THEY DONT HELP ANYONE OUT. WHEN YOU NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE THERE I SEE EVERYONE MOVING OUT . THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CAR OF THERE RESIDENTS. CINDY IS THE MANAGER SHE IS NOT A HELPFULL PERSON. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE.
