Review content:
The Vanderbilt wants to make people think it is really nice, when it really is 80% Section 8 and there's a break in all the time. At least 3 times a week we come home to notes on our doors saying there was a break in. One lady's car was broken in 2 times and the office basically told her to park it in a different spot. I don't like Frankie at all. Chad is gay and flirts with all the young boys and single men. The Robocop they have for a policeman ain't worth the badge he wears. This place is not the place you want to live in. I would not recommend it to anyone but someone on Section 8. And even you all should be careful.. People are moving out left and right. There are so many vacant apartments. Not worth the rent of $700 a month for a 1 bdrm apt... This place is a disgrace to high heaven
Pros: Close to shopping
Cons: Cars and apartments are broken into daily. They are going to lie and tell you there is little crime, but that is not true.
