We went to Cafe Italiano lastnight for Valentine's Day - We had reservations and were seated immediately. Service - wasn't the best - the first thing out of our server's mouth was ""the food will take an hour because we are very busy and behind"" - not ideal but oh well. We sat with empty drink glasses for way too long and she said our bread was ""on the way"" then a table that arrived after us got 2 baskets of bread. Food, was good. I loved the calamari. My husband had zuppa di mussels and he raved about it. Linguini pesto was good but not the best I've had. We waited 1 hour and 40 min. for our food. I wanted to try dessert but the thought of waiting any longer was too much, this was our 2nd time at CI, but I think it will be our last.
