Four Rivers is fantastic because it offers its customers authentic Szechuan food that has distinct flavor rather than something created to appeal to caucasian taste. My family and I appreciate spicy food and often come to Chinatown for just that type of authentic taste. Four Rivers' house specialty chicken is a must-have delight. The spicy bubbling specialty fish gives great presentation and tastes even better than it looks! I would absolutey recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants focus on the food and isn't necessarily looking for the bells and whistles meant to attract tourists!
