Review content:
I found my wedding ring here and at first it felt like a good experience. When I got it back from having it sized it felt too small. I was told that it was really a good fit (something I feel should be subjective, especially since I was the one wearing it). Somehow I felt like I offended them by having a different opinion. Regardless, I wanted sincere help to get the right size but what I got was attitude. I got it sized up, the conversation around this was slightly painful and I felt like they wanted to make sure I knew I was making the wrong decision. I went a little bigger than my instinct because ""if it was smaller then I probably won't be happy with it and will come in again to get it re sized"". Well, second time around it was too big. They made sure to tell me on three different occasions that I made that decision and that I signed and initialed the paperwork asking for it. They get to be right but they also lost a customer and now I am taking my ring somewhere else. I called back to get the two sizes of my ring, and had another weird interaction. I started to feel like I was crazy for wanting real help to get a good fit. Yuck, so sad...
