Purchased a car as of 05/25/2012 from a Steve Cummins at the Bobby Layman Dealership. The car was not what I wanted but he said I would get more for my money I agreed was happy than on 06/20/2012 I went to get plates for my car only to find out that the loan was not finalized, then have to pay for second thirty day tags for car. Steve said everything was fine just waiting on finance to finalize. So then I am like I thought everything was good he is like everything is don't worry. Day later loan was finalized but as I was on the road with my husband and our two little girls 7 and 1 traveling to Michigan the car breaks down will not crank u and might I say that I was in the middle of driving on the highway when the car stopped. Called Steve he says he would have to call me back with a tow info. Never received a call So I sat 4 hours on the side of the road with my baby's if it was not for my own roadside assistance i would not have made it home safely not to mention cancel family trip. So that Monday I had my car dropped off to their shop because they could pick my car up. They gave me a rental I was in the rental car until 08/25/2012 from 06/25/2012 and still nothing was done to my car it wasn't until I started screaming attorney general and lemon law they rushed to have car fixed I plan to sue for everything that has happened because there was most defiantly some shady things seeming that my car was once told that it would be covered to not covered to we are fixing it never happen riding in rental for months and now they want me to pay extra fees because i got nasty and inpatient with them can't wait to see them in court.
