my dogs have seen dr. hiser for many, many years, and he has shown himself to be a knowledgable, caring, and compassionate vet time and time again. i love the fact that he doesn't take the expensive route first- he's much more ""let's try this first"" before suggesting needless or expensive and extensive testing. to me, this shows just as much care for the owner as for the pet. additionally, he spends a great deal of time with you making sure that you understand what is going on and what needs to be done. later in the day he is sometimes running quite a bit behind, but i never mind because i know he's giving everyone such great attention. and the staff? love them. they all know my babies by name, and really enjoy seeing them.
this office is an absolute pleasure to deal with. please keep doing what you do so well- don't worry so much about the bottom line, because the great patient care and great word of mouth will take care of that!
