Review content:
My mother, a long time patient of Rasul for Bipolar disorder recently died. I know she always complained about her treatment by him and his staff (I believe they're all his family/daughters) and how he really messed her over with the medication he prescribed. A couple of months before her death, she called to cancel an appointment but no one answered and there was no way she could leave a message for him. She too, (No medicare or health insurance and receiving a small fixed income), was charged over 100.00 for a missed appointment. I don't live in Nevada and as I'm looking into her past, I stumbled across the reviews on Rasul. I wish I had known of his reputation-perhaps I could have convinced her to go elsewhere..but he was familiar so she kept on going even though she hated going there and always complained about his treatment. Find a doctor who cares about you and not just your $$.
