Haha I read the prev review, it was hilarious! I have been going to AAH for over 9 years, and have reccomended that all of my friends and family go. The staff remembers who I am, and always has treats ready for my dog. I did once have an Emergency, the reffered me to an VSEC for state of the art care. I understood that AAH was like a doctors office, you can get a lot of stuff done that you need to, but sometimes you have to go to a specialist. Please dont let one ignorant person make you bias to the personal care you recieve at AAH. Its a little dated looking, but the methods used are not. Being a nurse myself I understand the importance of personal care, not just bursting into a room and demanding care! I have been put in situations were people have demanded that I help them, even when the Dr. is out of the office, so I know its frustrating when you want help right then, but calling and checking about policies and times makes everything run smoother. I love AAH and will never leave!
