If you want to go to a place where the first member of the staff you encounter is extremely rude and where the ""rules"" are so inflexible you cannot have people join you later in a post-theater flexible way, this is your place. I will never go here again and would never recommend it to anyone. A concierge at the Marriott on the East Side recommended it to us and was shocked by our experience. She says she will also discontinue recommending it. Owner's should review their personnel and anti-customer ""policies"" (if in fact they are really policies and not just the ill-temper of some disgruntled staff). I shudder to think what table service is like if this is what meets you at the entrance. I grew up in the restaurant business so know a little of what I speak. If I owned this place and came in anonymously and observed what went on (not just to us but people ahead of us), a top-to-bottom review of people and policies would begin immediately. Too many great places nearby to waste my money on this kind of operation. Pros: None, Cons: Rude inflexible staff are the first--and only--thing you see
