Review content:
Our appointment was not taken down correctly and there were no apologies for the mistake. The receptionist was chewing away on gum without any notice or care for service while polishing her own nails. She then tried to get someone who does manicures to do a massage (meaning they are not certified), and this woman wanted to first check to see who we were before deciding if she wanted to do the massage. She was beyond rude to us and said very derogatory words - the receptionist said the woman's english was bad...it was good enough to insult anyone. We walked out and they lost over $300.
