My children did not benefit from this program. Have been taking lessons for the past 2 years -have finally moved on to better swim program 2miles away. Children learn very very slowly because instructors have little knowledge of swimming and read off a card. Lessons are canned and there is no individual help for the struggling child. swim techniques are from the 60's and have not been updated. Children will never be very fast with old style swimming.
Thankfully I have taken my children elsewhere.
