Review content:
I have loved this store for years, but sadly the retail store part of Cooks has declined lately. Times are tough every where, and what once was great customer service is now just so-so (they don't seem to have enough help). The whole look of the store seems to be in a bit of a decline as well. What once inspired me to buy something I didn't know I ""needed"" now seems routine and like any one else. The store has lost it's edge. What happened to you, Cooks?? Fingers crossed that you come around again!
Pros: Great cooking classes
Cons: Retail has gone down hill...
