Review content:
It has been a while since I stayed at the Rosewood but I would go back any chance I had. The Thorsens were so welcoming. The breakfasts were unique and delicious and any needs (vegetarian, no dairy, etc.) were taken into consideration for your breakfast. It was nice, quiet and peaceful (I stayed over Christmas so I guess it wasn't too busy). The Rosewood is lovely, too, and at Christmas each room had a tree or two. Hasting is a cute town and not too far from the Twin Cities. I had originally planned to stay in the Thorwood but it was reserved so the Thorsens worked out everything to stay at the Rosewood instead. I must say staying at Rosewood was one of the best vacations I've ever had.
