Geez where to start? I walked all over downtown and looked at a lot of diamonds and a lot of jewelers before emailing Bridal Rings Company for a quote.
Jay was my sales rep and he was fantastic. The price I got on the diamond was far and away the best of any of the jewelers downtown and when I actually laid my eyes on the sparkler I knew I had found my diamond after all. I designed my own band and Jay worked with me and the 3-D modeler to get things just right. He was patient and informative and very easy to work with.
After I got the 3-D model, they cast the band in wax and then made it up in gold.
The entire process was a pleasure and now I'm looking forward to getting the bands made.
