I will never step foot in this place again. They are the closest Dealer to Hampton so it is convienant and the service manager Chris are the only two positives I can say about the place. They have some blonde head girl named Susan who I have seen speak to customer and employee's alike as rude and unproffesional as I have ever seen in a small Business. On my last visit I could hear her ""bitching"" at some coworker like they were a little kid and I turned around and walked out! I was beside myself with anger and I wasn't involved.. My second trip to that store I was offered assistance by a guy in the parts department who had not a clue on how to find the simplest part for my 09 Yamaha, the parts and they wern't busy but even his fellow workers didn't even try to help.. Overall review is Extremely unproffesional, They sell for way over retail price on everything that I have priced from them.. You are better off gettin hard parts online...
