Review content:
I was completing disappointed in the food and service and smell of David's kitchen. My wonderful boyfriend loves the place, swears by it in fact. So I decided to give it a try. The potstickers yes were very delightful indeed but that was about it. Just walking in the place almost ruined my meal. It had a musty smell of stale cigarettes. Right off the bat I thought interesting way to impress a new customer. Don't order a soda or anything other than water because it is served from the bar in the next room and taste like it comes from a bar tap. Not only are the drinks over priced, but you don't even get a refill and than you have to tip for a soda. So plan on spending $3.00 for a nasty Diet Coke. I took two sips and could not drink any more. My boyfriend who loves the place took a sip and also could not stand the taste! I found my food tastless, flavorless and totally dull! Lacked in texture and the fried rice was nasty! The fried rice was the most disappointing item of all! I mean how can you screw that up! It was under cooked, and had one nasty flavor to it! To say the least I was not impressed with the place. I will never go there again unless dragged by my boyfriend who strangely thinks it's the best Chinesse he has ever had.
